Returns

Return Policy: We have a 7-day return policy for the following reasons:

  • Size or fitness issues
  • Did not like the quality/design

However, this does not apply to personalised jewellery, perfumes, candles, coins, utensils, and God idols, except in cases of defective or spurious products. 92Five reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items. If you purchased a 92Five product from anywhere other than the 92Five Website, the return policies of your source of purchase shall apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Products: In case you have received a damaged, used, incorrect, or missing product (empty box), it is essential to file a complaint within 36 hours of delivery. Please include an unboxing video with your complaint ticket for a quick resolution.

Any shipping charges (if paid) at the time of placing the order are non-refundable in case of returns.

In case of missing items in return orders, where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but the actual pickup doesn't include all said items, the company has the right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This also applies to promotional products, including but not limited to free gifts and silver coins.

Refund Policy: If you have requested a return, the refund will be initiated once we receive the product back in our warehouse. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 days after the returned item has been received and verified.

Replacement & Exchange: You can request a replacement or exchange of your order as per your requirements. The conditions remain the same as those applicable to returns. The replacement will only be shipped after the initial return has been picked up or delivered (in the case of Gold items).

Note:

  • Products damaged or tarnished due to usage cannot be returned.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • 92Five reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items.
  • No returns will be accepted after 7/8 days.

Return Process

You can initiate a return request from our website. Alternatively, you can reach out to our Customer Support team for assistance. Once you have booked the return request, we request you to be available for the reverse pick-up and answer calls from the delivery partner. Failure to do so may result in the reverse pick-up being canceled at the discretion of the delivery partner, requiring the process to be re-initiated.

While most pin codes are forward and reverse serviceable, some may not be reverse serviceable. In such cases, we may request you to return the product via an alternate courier service such as India Post and reimburse reasonable shipping costs (up to Rs. 70). If the charges exceed Rs. 70, the excess amount will be adjusted against the refund.

For non-serviceable pin codes, the customer is responsible for returning the jewellery to our warehouse and will receive Rs. 70 towards shipping charges with their refund.

In the unlikely event that you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, please reach out to our customer support team within 36 hours of delivery. A 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel will be required for processing your request. Insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering may result in your claim not being honoured. In such cases, the brand reserves the right to make the final decision.

Refund & Processing Time: Once the return is approved and processed, refunds or replacements are typically completed within 5-7 business days.
