Processing & Dispatch Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours once confirmed. Please note that personalised items require additional processing time. If your order includes both personalised and non-personalised items, it will be split, and the non-personalised items will be shipped first.
Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. However, standard shipping may take up to 5 to 7 days depending on your location.
Shipping Hours: Deliveries are made between 9 AM and 7 PM. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package during these hours.
Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs. 449. Please note that we do not offer free shipping on international orders and returns.
Tracking: You will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, email, and SMS once the order is shipped. If your order contains multiple items, including personalised or gold jewellery, it may arrive in separate shipments.
